Real emoticons

The window seat,
cuddling your grandma,

patting your dog
,the first drops of rain,
brunch on sundays, the shitty movie with your friends in the theatre that made you ROFL,the first kiss,

warm water shower after a tiring day,the midnight birthday bumps,no brainer jokes shared amongst friends, window shopping, air hockey rounds, pani puri contests,
that new chick in the campus,
the tantra tee that tells the world you are cool,
meeting of those eyes, highest seeded episode, getting drunk coz its a weekend,
mom's lap,

the friends who call you a b***h on the face and not behind,
cold rainy weather siestas in a cozy blanket,
the new exotic dish that you invent with your friend in the kitchen only to be yelled later by your mom for not cleaning up,
floating on water coz u are tired after all that swimming,
bonfires,

decent pics that can be uploaded, singing while shampooing,
the 3 pointer baskets you score when no one s watching,

rainbows,
surprise gifts,
that song on your ipod which you replay everytime,
the sexy biker who should never take his helmet off to ruin it,
dad driving you to the airport at 5 am,
cute babies who smile at you in the mall,
dancing like no one s watching to your favorite track......
Isn't there too much to look forward to in a one & only lifetime?

Priorities

What is so difficult about accepting the change of priorities of another person towards you. Perhaps the reason for one to get hurt is when one of them still holds onto the same priorities and the other has new interests. Change is a natural phenomenon and the sooner we get accustomed to it the better.
1.Lower your expectations when you see evident changes
2.Change your own priorities ASAP
3.Find new interests
4.Move on with your life and learn to stay happy
5.Never be dependent on someone, it only makes you vulnerable
6.Learn from your mistakes and do not repeat them

Unpredictable

There are so many questions that go unanswered making you feel helpless and tired of waiting. If only things could be the way you planned them to be.I have to simply stand in the middle of a road to hope the journey is worth for the destination.A destination where I am destined to reach or is it a dirty trick played by 'destiny'.I was always told I am a lucky person and I have reasons to believe that too. But,one last time I want all the luck to favour my side again.

The Yin and Yang custard

Its as simple as making custard :P.

Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons Custard (any flavour, preferably vanilla)
500 ml Milk
Cocoa Powder
Cashew nuts
Raisins
Sugar or sweetener

Procedure:
Take 4 tablespoons of custard and add around 100 ml of milk to it. Mix well. Divide the rest of the milk into 2 portions (200 ml each).Boil each portion of the milk and add sugar/sweetener(3 tablespoons, provided you love it sweet :) !!!). Remove from heat and add half (50 ml) of custard-milk solution to one portion. Put cocoa powder to the remaining custard-milk solution ( 50ml) till it gets dark in colour. Pour this into the other milk portion.
Reheat the milk portions and keep stirring continuously to avoid burning of custard at the bottom. After 1-2 minutes remove from heat, cool the custards in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Serving:
Cover half of the bowl with the vanilla( yellow/white) custard and the other half with cocoa flavoured custard.Put raisins on the yellow portion and cashew nuts on the darker portion for garnishing.
TADAA.................. :)

Story untold...

It all starts with a "Once upon a time...." but it does not necessarily end as "..and they lived happily ever after."
This story might be left untold and will be erased from the minds. It is fading and will fade forever.

Cinncinnati Apple

The buggers in Kaya Skin Clinic served me this for only a few (2-3) times when I wasn't in their list of 'granted' customers. Then later they gave me only plain water to drink! Jerks!
Their denial to share their recipe for their so called "Cool Kaya Health Drink" although wasn't much of a mystery to my taste buds...he he he(evil laugh intended).
I hope they won't sue me for writing this :P

I will like to call this my "Cinnicinnati Apple"

Ingredients:
Apple Drink-250-300ml
Cinnamon sticks
Water

Ground the cinnamon sticks in grinder.Sieve and collect the fine cinnamon powder.
Heat water in a pan and add the cinnamon powder.Let it mix in heated water.Pour the water in concentrated apple extract.Put it in the refrigerator and allow the cinnamon to settle in properly.Serve with chilled ice.
Sweet and simple.....tasty!
